• For Refund and Exchange, it has to be approved first by Diamanti quality control
• There is no deduction in case of exchange
• For Refund 10% will be deducted in the first year, 5% will be deducted second year then 5%
  increase from the third year.
• In case of the return of a customized order, 30% will be deducted
• Refund will be through the same payment methods
• In case of refund and exchange an invoice has to be shown
