Welcome to Diamanti Jewelry. By using our services or purchasing from us, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

These terms and conditions apply to all products and services provided by Diamanti
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms without prior notice. - Product Information
All items are crafted with high-quality materials and inspected for defects before sale.
Due to the nature of gemstones and metals, slight variations in color, size, and texture may occur.
Any product descriptions, images, and prices displayed are as accurate as possible but may contain errors. - Pricing and Payment
All prices are in Egyptian pound and include/exclude applicable taxes.
Accepted payment methods include cash, credit/debit cards upon delivery, bank transfers, and approved online payment platforms.
For orders over [Specific Amount], a deposit of [Percentage]% may be required. - Custom Orders
Custom designs or personalized jewelry require a non-refundable deposit of 30% upon placing the order.
In case of customized orders with initials or names 50% deposit is required.
Completion times for custom orders will be communicated upon confirmation. Delays may occur due to design complexity.
Changes to custom orders must be requested before the start of order production. - Returns and Exchanges
For Refund and Exchange, it has to be approved first by Diamanti quality control
There is no deduction in case of exchange. For Refund 10% will be deducted in the first year, 5% will be deducted second year then 5% increase from the third year.
In case of the return of a customized order, 30% will be deducted.
Refund will be through the same payment methods. In case of refund and exchange an invoice has to be shown.
Refunds will be processed within 15 business days and shall exclude shipping costs and credit card payment fees if any. - Warranty and Repairs
We provide a warranty of [Number] months/years on all items against manufacturing defects.
The warranty does not cover damages caused by wear and tear, accidents, or improper use.
Repairs outside the warranty period may incur additional charges. - Shipping and Delivery
Delivery areas: At this time, we only provide delivery services in Cairo and Giza.
Efficient and Safe Delivery: Our couriers value our client’s safety and satisfaction first, guaranteeing quick and secure delivery straight to your door.
Delivery Time Line: Based on the date of order placement, delivery is expected to take place within 5 – 7 business days.
Customized orders delivery time may vary according to design requested and agreed on details.
Order Confirmation Process: We try twice to get your order confirmed, by phone and message in order to improve your experience.
Unexpected delivery delays: We will notify you as soon as possible and try our best to minimize any disruption if unanticipated events result in delays out of our control. - Care Instructions
Proper care is essential to maintain the quality and longevity of your jewelry.
Avoid exposure to harsh chemicals, extreme temperatures, and prolonged water contact.
Store jewelry in the provided packaging to prevent scratches or damage. - Privacy Policy
We value your privacy and ensure that your personal information is securely stored.
Your information will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law. - Liability
We are not responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of items after purchase or delivery.
